ADMIXTURE AND CURING COMPOUND 

SmartCare Vitalia NEO is a liquid integral waterproofing compound designed for cement concrete, mortar, and plaster. It improves compressive strength, reduces water permeability and shrinkage cracks, and resists corrosion of reinforcement steel. Supplied in 1 L, 5 L, 10 L, and 20 L packs, with a shelf life of 2 years, and conforms to IS 9103 and IS 2645 standards.

Sika® Separol®-288 FD is a medium-viscosity, liquid concrete surface retarder used on formwork to create decorative exposed aggregate finishes or improve bonding for subsequent concrete layers. It ensures controlled depth retardation (up to 8 mm) without affecting concrete strength. Supplied in 25 L carboys and 205 L drums, with a shelf life of 12 months, and covers 6–12 m² per litre, depending on desired depth.

SikaControl® WT-200 P (IN) is a crystalline waterproofing admixture that reduces concrete permeability and promotes self-healing by forming insoluble crystals within the capillary pores. Ideal for watertight structures like tunnels, tanks, basements, and foundations. Supplied in 20 kg and 25 kg bags with a shelf life of 12 months, and conforms to ACI 212 and IS 2645 standards.

CHRYSO® Xel 03 is a high-performance liquid quick-setting admixture for cement mortar and concrete, ideal for rapid strength gain, cold weather concreting, and leak-plugging. It accelerates initial setting (2–5 min) and final setting (8–12 min), enabling early de-shuttering and faster construction cycles. Supplied in 18/20 kg metal drums with a 12-month shelf life, it's widely used in precast yards, repair works, and waterproof sealing applications.

CHRYSO® Air-PL is a high-performance air entraining admixture for concrete and mortar, specially designed to improve freeze-thaw resistance, workability, and durability. Ideal for dams, reservoirs, lightweight blocks, and extruded concrete, it forms stable micro-air bubbles that reduce segregation and bleeding. Supplied as a light amber liquid, with a 12-month shelf life, and compliant with IS 9103:2007 and ASTM C-260 standards.

CHRYSO® CWA 10 is a high-performance crystalline waterproofing admixture for concrete, designed to block water ingress by forming insoluble crystals in pores and capillaries. Ideal for foundations, tunnels, water tanks, sewage plants, podium slabs, and more. It seals cracks up to 0.5 mm, is non-toxic, and compatible with all types of plasticizers. Supplied in 20 kg waterproof HDPE bags with a shelf life of 12 months, conforming to IS 2645:2003 and ACI 212.3R-10 standards.

CHRYSO® Plast Delta G533 is a next-generation polycarboxylate ether-based high-range water-reducing admixture that enhances flowability, compaction, and strength development in concrete. Ideal for all cement types and concretes with moderate to high SCM content, it offers excellent water reduction, workability retention, and cement optimization. Supplied as a light amber liquid, with a shelf life of 12 months, and conforms to IS 9103:2007 and ASTM C-494 (Type F & G).

Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ is an integral liquid waterproofing admixture designed for cement concrete, plaster, and mortar. It improves workability, reduces water permeability, resists corrosion, and minimizes shrinkage cracks—ideal for basements, roofs, bathrooms, and water-retaining structures. Supplied in 200 ml to 100 L packs, with a shelf life of 2 years, and conforms to IS 2645:2003 standards.

Fosroc Cebex 100 is a plasticised expanding grout admixture designed to reduce watercement ratio while ensuring high fluidity, strength, and non-shrink performance. Ideal for bed grouting, duct grouting, joint filling, and non-shrink infilling, it compensates for plastic settlement and improves durability. Supplied in 225 g sachets and 25 kg bags, with a shelf life of 6 months, and conforms to BS 8110 and ASTM C827 standards.
